GLI completed the transfer of business units from Trisigma B.V. and Itech Global Labs in Italy, reportedly. Italy's Customs and Monopolies Agency listed nine accredited testing bodies as of 30 December 2025; the report says the transfers reduce the number active in online gaming certification.
