Patrojoc questions prospects of El Prat appeal over gambling venue restrictions
Patrojoc president Carlos Duelo said he considers the appeal by El Prat de Llobregat council against a ruling on its gambling venue restrictions unlikely to succeed. The Spanish Supreme Court admitted the council’s appeal against a Catalan court judgment that had annulled part of its urban plan; Duelo said Patrojoc supports the existing division of regulatory powers.
