Rome’s Seventeenth Civil Section ordered Global Starnet Limited to repay Fedelgiochi €74,840.37, plus legal interest, in a judgment filed on 26 October 2026. The court found that the 2015 extraordinary levy did not justify the later higher charge and that late payment of an instalment did not change the allocation criteria. Fedelgiochi had paid the disputed amount under reservation while seeking approval to transfer its contract.
