Summary

Germany’s GGL called on 22 September 2026 for the evaluation of the 2021 State Treaty on Gambling to support more adaptable regulation and greater scope for regulatory action within the law. In its fifth-anniversary review, the authority said it licenses 129 operators and intermediaries covering 229 permitted gambling websites.
